they are the same no different..if i'm not wrong, few year ago when you buy microsd card they call it TransFlash instead of microsd.
i use kingston brand it's keep froze my FLAME every now and then when i do copy file over 50mb.. as many users had same problem. i was think something wrong with my device but when i visit this forum, i very happy i'm not alone...sorry to all.

I use 2gb micro sd from kingston and no problem at all with my flame

Official WM5 Roms can only use up to 2GB.
The install cab which make SDHC works will make the Wi-fi not working.
Cotulla's ROM is the only ROM that has both working in 1.
Kingston seems good, but I think other brand should be ok it you use the Panasonic SD formating software to format the memory
