using the above pinout,
I was able to make my own O2 Host Cable. Thank you.
I add a short cable to make it flexible and avoid damage
to flame's usb port if a rigid usb thumb drive is accidentally hit while connected.

after that I installed Zeno USB Host Drivers v.6.0A

It is effective in the following USD enabled devices I own:
1. mini optical usb mouse (Arvel MS30SV) I can see a pointer inside WOF V3 Flashed O2 Flame.
2. Creative DMP FX120 - I can see in the File Explorer as HARD_DISK.
3. Canon PowerShot A460 (I can access the pictures using PTP_View included in Zeno Drivers)
4. Sony Cyber-shot DSC-P43 (Using PTP_View Mode)

However I failed to use 40GB (FAT32) IDE Hard Drives in a 2.5 inches CD-R King enclosure , maybe I need to inject 5V DC.
I don't know how.

Anyway, thank you for reading my post.

Re: DIY USB host converter

^cerezo

you may also try to connect a USB hub, i tried using mouse and keyboard simultaneously together with a thumb drive, everything was detected as long as you installed the zeno drivers,

i managed to get my 1 terra book detected once, but cant do it again, dunno whats wrong

Re: DIY USB host converter

It would be good if there will be users who will post something about wireless modifications on this type of device. The Tech world is getting more and more advanced. Shouldn't we be going on along with it?    pokies
